Pricing
The prices listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, but exclude delivery charges. We reserve the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product description within 24 hours of being notified of it.
Ordering
An order made via our website is an offer to purchase product/s. When we receive a valid order from you, we will acknowledge by email that we have received and are processing your order. We will take payment from you when we accept your order.
Cancellation
Once your order is confirmed we are unable to change, cancel or add to any aspects of it. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment.
Shipping
NZ: Delivery is made by New Zealand Couriers. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order are accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address). We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed.
PLEASE NOTE: Physical Street addresses only, we can not courier to Postal Boxes
You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date if you have not received an item.
AUSTRALIA: Delivery is made by Asendia International Couriers c/- Auspost. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order are accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address). We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed.
Delivery to Australia can take up to 21 working days
You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date if you have not received an item.

Damaged/Faulty Items
We take every care when packing your order as many of our products are fragile. Your order could be packaged in layers of cardboard, bubblewrap and/or recycled packaging to protect during transit. We then rely on a third party courier to deliver your order in the same condition it left our warehouse.
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please email photographic evidence and provide full details of condition/damage. Please do not dispose of any items until advised to by us, as we may require you to return the product to us.
Returns
We stand by the quality of our products and we will absolutely make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Kei te pai.
Shipping
We aim to dispatched the same business day your order is placed but can take up to 2-3 days. Please note that during promotional periods, your order may be dispatched up to five days after your order is placed.
Our orders are sent using New Zealand Couriers. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your dispatch email please check your junk folder.
After your parcel leaves us, it should take one to three business days to get to your urban delivery address, please allow up to 7 days for rural deliveries.
Please email us if your parcel hasn't arrived four business days after dispatch for urban deliveries or ten business days for rural.
