Originally formulated as a chest rub and steam inhalant to relieve cough and cold symptoms, Aunty's Vapor Rub has also proven to be an effective all purpose healing balm,  relieving headaches and inflammation throughout the whole body.

C O N T A I N S : 

• Eucalyptus 
• Runa 
• Kawakawa
• Olive Oil
• Natural NZ Beeswax
• Camphor

A P P L I C A T I O N S : 

• Gently rub a small amount of balm onto the affected area. 
• Cover the area with a warm cloth to promote deep absorption.
• To soothe and ease congestion and make breathing easier, add a teaspoon of balm to a bowl of steaming water and inhale the vapours under a towel .
• Relieve tension headaches by applying a small amount onto temples and the back of the neck

• External use only
• Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas
• Do not use on open wounds
• May cause an allergic reaction - do a patch test before applying widely.  Reactions can manifest as a skin rash, swelling of the skin or throat, or breathing difficulties.
