Kānuka has antimicrobial, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory minor wounds, acne, burns, bruises and properties and can be used to help heal fungal conditions of the nails or skin.
Traditionally Māori used Kānuka for skin, respiratory and digestive ailments. 

Our Kānuka  is wild harvested in Te Whanganui-a-Tara.



TO MAKE K ĀNUKA TEA INFUSION

Infusions are stronger than normal teas and maximise the benefits of the rau.  To make a K ānuka  infusion, pour a cup of boiling water over a small amount of dried leaf and flower.  Steep for 5 - 10 minutes and sweeten with honey to your taste.

Dried flowers and leaves - 3 to 4gm daily
