Create a flavourful crust on your food's surface with our Garlic & Chilli Rub - an intensely flavoured, addictive blend of NZ Garlic, Marlborough Sea Salt and NZ grown herbs and spices.

To use, pat the meat or food dry with a paper towel, then apply rub generously by massaging into the surface.  Add a thin layer of oil or a binder like mustard before applying for better adhesion.  For maximum flavour, allow the food to rest for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge before cooking.
