DIRECTIONS
Adults (over 12 years): 5-10mls 3 to 4 times daily
Make sure you shake the bottle vigourously before taking a dose.

- Glycerine (veg) (A sweet tri-atomic alcohol)
- Iodine (Iodas ('violet-coloured') - Greek - Natural seaweed ash-derived organic iodine)
- U.V. Light-Treated Rain Water
In a base of purified water, vegetable glycerine, irish moss, citric acid, iodine and Jojoba oil
DIRECTIONS
Shake vigorously before use. Swill for 10 secs before swallowing, if possible.
Adults:
Take straight or in 20mls of mineral spring water as a tea.
Dietary advice: Avoid – mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar, dairy, polyunsaturated oils, regular salt. Adopt – gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits, nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil, 1022 Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with kelp, oxygen-rich water.
